As a trained organizational psychologist, master coach and trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams, owners and boards of mid-sized companies navigating growth and complexity, I know the patterns of success and the challenges and growing pains companies experience.
I founded Strategy Meets Performance to focus on the point where leadership decisions, alignment and culture determine whether strategy translates into results. As organizations scale and integrate, even sound strategy falters when decision-making slows, alignment weakens or culture strains under pressure.
My work addresses these inflection points by strengthening leadership judgment, alignment and culture so performance holds as complexity increases.
My perspective is shaped by years of partnering with the C-suite of mid-sized companies to strengthen leadership teams and organizational culture along with thousands of hours of executive coaching focused on decision-making, alignment and leadership effectiveness under pressure. Prior to starting my company, I worked inside organizations as a global talent development executive and served as a leadership consultant to Fortune 500 companies.

People often ask about the meaning behind my logo and book cover. They reflect a core belief that leaders and organizations can be rooted and growing at the same time.
When we see a strong tree, we rarely notice how deep the roots run. Those roots make it possible not only to survive difficult conditions, but to continue growing through them. Leadership works the same way. The capacity to lead well under pressure is built on experience, learning, risk, mistakes and resilience that are often unseen.
